Check with your state's consumer protection agency and see what laws are in place concerning "lemons". They should spell out criteria and processes to follow to get rid of a lemon.

We're wondering, should he go all out and write the CEO for replacement car? or bring to dealer and start asking for replacement at that level? ........OR..........
