When I was 40 years younger, I put vinyl tile on the basement floor. 12 inch squares that I had to glue. I can't remember if I sealed the concrete first.
Last month the sump pump failed and some of the vinyl floated around in the water.
So now, I am trying to find some cheap repair since we are ready to sell the home.
It seems like everything I look at EVEN THE PAINT says do not use if floor has been sealed.. Does anybody know why? And is there a way for me to determine if I did seal the floor long ago?
