Thanks for the info- never heard of Ditra, but will ck it out- read about some kind of material in a roll- was surprised to see recommended for tile- TY! D

Assuming your flooring is 3/4 in. making it sturdy enough to not have continous grout problems...We use a product called Ditra. It does come in 2 thicknesses and is a product by Shlueter(sp?). It is a orange waffle-looking rolled material. It is set with thinset and is an extremely sturdy option.
