Don't you love it when someone really wins against system. Lifetime does not necessarily mean what it implies.

We live in Amish country. One day in the local Ace Hardware an Amish couple came in with an old thermos and asked for a replacement because it no longer kept things hot. The surprised clerk told them it had to be 20 years old and that model wasn't even made anymore. They produced the original box which said - lifetime replacement. The manager came out, read the box over a couple of times then got a brand new thermos off the shelf and handed it to them. Pays to keep your packaging, LOL.
