[DIY] Shop wood stove.

Winter coupled with being cooped up in the house because trying to heat the shop with oil or gas is prohibitive at today's prices has gotten the juices running.  I have been looking into the possibility of going back to wood heat, first because it is cheap and second I seem to have an abundance of scrap and saw dust that otherwise winds up in the dumpster.  I had to retire my old wood stove to the scrap heap when the crack in the back had enlarged to the point that it was no longer safe, and consequently have been investigating the possibility of a do-it-myself heater.  My search has lead me to the rocket heaters that others are building, and which seem to be a possible answer to my dilemma.  Has anyone in this group played with one of these relatively new devices.  I find them in any number of configurations and ranging in size from coffee can to 50 gallon barrel.  A group in Idaho has come up with some interesting designs which are being use as biomass heat sources.  I'll work up a couple of drawings to see what others might think.
