My firsy guess would be, either the main is half made or one half burned out. Try resetting it, and go from there.

I am having an issue where I am losing one leg of my power coming to my house. I think this because The circuits on one side of the box work, and the other side does not work. Also, if a 240 v appliance is ran, like the electric drier, the circuits that were not working, work, to a point. I am guessing this is caused by electricity being back fed in to the line that is not working. This is the second time it has done it in two days, and it does it during high winds. I am thinking it is a problem on the town side. Any thoughts? Should I start with the town checking out there end, or see if I can get an electrician out right away to check out the house. Thanks,Michael
