PVC electrical conduit is required for electric wiring. The additives are different. That is the grey PVC.

Check your local regulations. I have not studied this type of thing for years, but I'm not sure you can use something for conduit that was not designed for that use i.e. plumbing PVC pipe. If you are talking about PVC electrical conduit, still verify the depth.
