Not feasible. A gas one requires a large gas supply and special vent pipe and an electric requires a large circuit (say 100 amp).
It may be possible to get by with a 30 amp (240 volt) circuit heater, but not sure it's adequate for a shower. What part of the country are you in?
If up north, it's doubtful. A 30 gallon regular heater would be plenty.
