  Hi Joyce;

Don't do it. In order to get about 4gal/minute, which is
about half of the flow rate that is nice for a bath tub, you
would need to have (calculating) about a 150A (230V)
additional service, just for the water heater.

As of 2016 ALL electric water heaters, 50gal and larger
will have to be heat pump water heaters. That is a good
thing. It would, most likely, be wise to buy a heat pump
water heater, if you are buying an electric, especially if
you ever use (of might want to use) air conditioning.

  Look at the warranties.

How do you heat your home?

Do a group search (near top of page)
Type in "water heaters" or "electric water heaters"

You can still drain water out the faucet at the bottom
  of the water heater tank.

  No

The most efficient electric water heaters are
heat pump water heaters. Though the actually
heater will cost more, the total installation
should be significantly less than for an on
demand electric water heater, and the
HPWH may be eligible for significant
  government and/or utility incentives
