I light my workshop with several 4' double tube fluorescents. Whenever one tube goes out I relpace one of the two and the other lights up along with the new one. Doesn't matter which one I replace, the remaining old one lights up along with the new one. What am I not understanding about fuorescent? (besides not being able to spell it)
