Generally the sockets are available. I would just replace the sockets.

Subject: [DIY] Loose sockets in lamps
As we replace the bulbs in these old light fixtures the socket comes loose about half the time. I guess the bulbs have been in so long they've corroded so won't unscrew. Can those be repaired, short of calling an electrician? One hanging light fixture has 8 globes and so far only one bulb has come out like it should. I'm not sure these are as antique as the previous owner stated but still, they are old and beautiful.
