Hi Pumps.
I believe the toy that went down was about 3 inches long. (A wooden train car).
The plumber guaranteed me that the toy was in the toilet. My wife said that he showed her how far the snake (or auger) was going before it would stop.
Well,I should never critique somebody's right to make a living, but after he charged me $95 to come out, $125 to use the snake for a few minutes, i thought it was a little excessive to tack on another $400.
I should have tried to fix it myself before calling. Lesson learned.
