Hi Joyce, I know exactly what you mean. Same problem here. Followed instruction to the letter and talked to Samsung but am never happy with my wash. It simply doesn't get clothes clean. White towels look dingy and no amount of bleach helps. With sheets I often find dry spots where no water had reached them. Rubbing clothes together in a small amount of water isn't a good way to wash. They need enough water to move freely. I'm not sure there is an answer to this problem. It may save water but wastes time and energy.
