I will hang over his shoulder when he opens it up :) Hard to believe he'd make a simple mistake like that but maybe his employees did the actual work. So frustrating. On prior homes we've built one of us is pretty much on the job site every day to keep on top of things but this was one of those times you hope never happen. Overall we're pleased with the house, but it's these little things that are driving me crazy.
As for our pipe problem, the large window in the kitchen faces the front of the property and I wanted the sink centered under it, which meant pipes on the exterior wall - which was why the plumber asked for a 12" wall. Thought the contractor would insulate appropriately.

If it is wired in reverse, it is inside the plug box. The hot (probably black) goes on the brass screw and the white on the silver.
