The use of any paint product comes down to the simple fact -does the person
using the product feel comfortable with it.....There are people still, out there,
who love Dutch Boy Paint because their father or grandfather told them that
it was the best paint in the world.....(Dutch Boy was manufactured by the
US Lead Company - the paint is lead-less these days.).....People buy what
they like and trust in food, auto service, clothing, etc....When a Brand no longer
has customers it goes out of business......As Archie said, " the DeSoto ran
great".....Glidden, Dulux, Valspar, Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, True Value,
and countless hundreds of other independent small paint manufactures......
