Find the manufacture's name and call or write them, barring that go to an
electrical supply house, explain the situation and bring any info about the
box you have, they may be able to help.

Subject: [DIY] main electric box inner cover
There is no inner cover (around the breakers - bare lugs and wires) on the
service entry box on this 28yo house. I don't have the $500 somebody
suggested an electrician would charge to change out the whole box, and I
haven't seen that size cover in the Habitat stores.
What to do? Seems very, very dangerous.
