[DIY] leakinf facet outside and in house

 

hi i needto know should i call a plumber or a handymann to replace out side faucet, and the valve in side in main line theyere both off and still water dripping ..but its to cold out to take vinyl siding off ,and by spring thats alot of water ,,,well just give me some advice pleas e thank-ue sorry bout my typing i have a medical problem that makes typing diffcult
