What I did was do various searches for AC starters adding snow blower, mower, lawn tractor, etc.
Then I looked at the pictures that came up.
I have a feeling going to lawn mower shops that have been a round for awhile, with a little luck you may find an old mechanic that may know something about the era these starters were used. There are numbers on the casting. I couldn't make them out from the picture.
You may have a little luck with an electric motor shop too. There is one here where I live but that kind of shop may be kind of rare. Wherever you go you need someone that has been around for a long time.
I found a lot of Tecumseh AC starters but they have a different mount.
