Seems to be less of an issue as we move toward
more efficient (and thus cooler running) lights.
For example:
Are there any issues with putting a "75 watt equiv"
Compact fluorescent or LED light, either consuming less than 30 watts,
into a fixture originally rated for 60 watt incandescent?
