We can't live with forced air, wife has terrible allergies and I have asthma.
So I've finally decided to look into it seriously.
Since we walk on sub-floor built on 2x6 joists atop a crawl space, only option is to run the loops under the floors, and it is essential to cap the cavity with reflective foam sheets.
Now, here's my concern.
Crawl space is always cold in the winter and I'm worried that any leak of warm air from the floor joists will condensate and wondering if anyone has looked into this problem.
Would hate to spend tons of money and end up ripping things down 2yrs down stream to clean out MOLD!
