Easy,
put them in your oven and set top broil on low
Get your mittens and a small cup of crushed ice cubes and a hot plate ready on your counter top.
When temp reaches about 250, remove the pans onto your counter top.
At this time dump the ice onto top sheet and watch the two pans separate as the ice melts.
As the top sheet cools, it shrinks while bottom pan stays hotter
I think you can figure out the rest.
