Hi DJ;

Again, balancing the system is the key. Obviously, with two
furnaces, there is probably way more heating capacity than is
needed. But, the heat is going to other rooms. Make sure the
existing supply and returns, for the Master bedroom, are not
closed down or otherwise obstructed. If not, and there is still
a problem, then restrict the flow to other rooms.

Where is the thermostat? Does the furnace shut off before
the Master bedroom gets warm, or does the furnace heat it to
a good temperature, then it goes cold before the furnace kicks
on again? "Four degrees" is an interesting comment. Is that
when it is 50 degrees outdoors, or when it is minus 20ºF?
