Costs can swing in a verrrry wide range, depending on how much you like to hunt for bargains.

The 8x12 shed I recently built (bunch of people live in that size) cost about $1500 for lumberyard materials to get it "dried in". After insulation, a little wiring, drywall, you can chase down things on Craigslist and Facebook groups etc., like this $10 piece of countertop, and $25 kitchen sink with faucet still attached, and free doors, etc., etc. .... Depends on your budget and how much you like the hunt :)
