I would either dig them out or pull them up. I wouldnt want underground cement posts on my property. Might be a big problem if I were ever to dig in that area for any reason.

The fence has been up for slightly over 20 years, and several of the concrete post settings are loose. Has any one ever tried to dig these out to move them?
The house faces west and the fence on the left side turns the corner and encloses a private courtyard. We live in the middle of 20 acres so don't need the privacy and it never gets enough shade or enough sun to grow plants well. I'd like to remove the fencing along the south side to put in a garden. Dig them out or just cut them off at the bottom?
