Not to say anything against anyone I do not know, but the way Lows or any big company works on installations is that they sub out the job to someone else, not their own employees. The subs take the jobs at less $ than an independent contractor would normally charge often because they are in need of work. I always think that if you are good at your work, you don't need to be looking for a cut-rate job. Lows probably never even inspect the work as long as the customer pays the bill.
