Thanks, I See HD sells a canopy kit but looks like it is just a covering of the parts you mentioned. Might be best to take the hanger off and take it in to a store

You need an all-thread which screws into the part on the end of the chain, a mounting strap which has a threaded hole in the center to accept the all-thread, and a canopy which has a hole allowing it to slide through the piece on the end of the chain. The lock nut you have on that piece will hold the canopy up to the ceiling. Be sure to get the proper diameter all-thread to match your part.
