outdoor citrus are easily doable in many areas.

Oranges are tropical, but require cold to become, well, orange.
In the tropics, they remain green. ;>)

Probably 2-3 areas;
1) Water heating calcs. Reasonable easy.
2) BTU > KwHr conversion. Fairly easy.
3) BTU requirement calcs for small greenhouses.
