So I got the wildlife folks to come out and inspect home for access. They found "big issues". They recommend bat box (no return entry) 300$, mice boxes $125, sealing of various areas around siding and roof vents, for total $800. But they didn't acknowledge the garage at all, tho garage door frame is an option to check on contract. While I think it would be nice to have experts do this properly, Im just weary of the cost and one year warranty. We can do ourselves but can we meet the same abilities as they from what little we know. Damper to chimney is closed yet I thought thats how Im getting horse flies in here. Now I wonder how they do come in. Any thoughts on all this please?
