Thank you for the replies.  I'm going to use 89 on the blower since it specifically mentions it (and since I do hear considerable knocking with 87).  Any thought on using 89 for the mower and trimmer?  The manuals do not specify an octane for those two.  If it's not going to hurt anything (or even potentially help a bit) than I don't mind getting the same fuel.  However I don't want to break what isn't broken.
