You might try softening it with maybe the scrubbing bubbles, and then take a spatula and scrape it off carefully. I don't think you'll damage the walls

So I let the soap sit on the walls too long and now it does not seem to want
to leave.

Are there any products out there that will dissolve this soap.
I have some TCP but I fear it would damage the surface.
