[DIY] Rodent prevention repairs

 

In order to seal up house I would need a good inspection. I can pay for the inspection but dont think the pest guys are the ones to do the repairs, perhaps a handyman/remodeler is best. Anyone else familiar with this area? Unfortunately I and my hubby have aversion to dealing with rodents so I have to pay for this wall rodent removal in meantime.
