I took out the bellringer from the front door, leaving two holes because of the drilling for the viewer and ringer. Now I need to cover them up, and I don't know where to find the material. I need a small metal plate, I suppose, to stick on, that would look somewhat decorative. I GUESS I can paint over it, but the condo development has all the doors painted in the same color, and I'm not sure if I could match the paint, so I was hoping I could find some nice embossed type thin metallic plate that would cover it up, but I can't find anything. It doesn't have to be metal, but obviously has to stand up in the rain. Any suggestions, please? (Don't ask me why I took out the doorbell -- oh yes, I remember -- the bell part was broken, plus it didn't look good)
