If you are talking about the box where the GFCI is in, you can use a regular box, just be sure you seal around the box with silicone. I would use a deep box for the GFCI and power the other outlet off that using a regular box. GFCI's are expensive and you if you power one off the other you only need one (make sure the regular outlet is connected to the load side of the GFCI). If they are exposed to weather, they will need weatherproof enclosures.
