There are several glues for polyethylene and polypropylene. However special treatment of the surfaces is recommended.

Just do a search on polypropylene glues and several will come up. I just ordered $111 worth of "Mr. Sticky". Doug

If you are trying to glue teflon (PTFE) or polypropylene (PP), there ain't
no glue for the job.
