Try automotive trim cement, but no guarantee. l There are some plastics that nothing sticks to, kind of like politicians.

I tried to glue hard plastic to a soft plastic/rubber surface and it would not adhere to the soft plastic/rubber surface. Does anyone knwo what type of glue would work? I used contact cement, caulk, and Gorilla Glue. I even called the manufacturers and they had no solution but they were just the telephone operators and not tech people.
