I don't normally do this, but I feel strongly that I should make my friends, family and acquaintances aware of the poor quality and poor corporate customer support I received from Initials Inc.
 
There have been three different instances where their product broke, leaked and ripped. Consultant response has been good, but there is little she can do when corporate will not support
 
 her. The latest problem was after using a large tote to travel for only the third time (not on airline) the zipper broke and they deemed it nonreturnable and unfix able yet the cleaners would
 
 repair it for $12 that corporate supports should come out of the consultants pocket.
 
 
I urge you not to purchase items from this company. There are far too many competitors that have higher quality standards.
