[DIY] Back to macho DIY

The tank on the instant hot had cracked and last night we found a mess under the sink, will have to R&R the cabinet floor.   We didn't realize it right away because it worked off and on plus the back of the cabinet base is lower than the front, allowing the water to build up and soak into the wood rather than leaking out the front.   We have hardwood floors, wonder if it was built like that for exactly this reason.  DH did the grunt work last night and I did the rest of the clean-up this morning.  So no cold water at the sink till we get this out and a new one installed...with a separate shut-off valve!
