We have a flat roof on our garage. Every year or two, we get a leak (in different places usually). It is really a pain to fix since I have to poke a hole in the drywall ceiling and drain it. Sometimes, I have to replace the drywall and always have to paint the wall and or ceiling again. I also have tar up the roofand sometimes use tar paper. Does anyone have any ideas so this will not happen or not happen as much? In one part of the roof that had a low spot, I put a drain and it elbowed through the ceiling and out the wall into one of the gutters.
Thanks
