The timing should be set by adjusting the length of the pendulum and not the rumbling of a train.

I have an heirloom cuckoo clock that has been fine-tuned by a master at fixing clocks. The clock works very well now, except for 1 thing--we live about a block from a train track, which is used about every 1/2 hour. This constant motion interferes with the timing mechanism, so no matter how often we reset the time, within a few hours, the time is incorrect. Any idea as to how we can correct this?
