I was thinking for a craft outbuilding the sealing aspect to keep out guests. That was just a coating to seal and the R is per inch. Did my Dads house with seal coat then fiberglass and it has worked well. My house is 2x6 studs and 5.5 of foam for R 38.5 with R 66.5 roof.
