There is a rubber, or, plastic, cone washer around the inlet water connection. You may be able to tighten the nut that holds this in place, and, stop the leak. Otherwise, the washer will have to be replaced. It's an easy fix, and, inexpensive.

Water is dripping from the bottom of the tank where there is a tubing that goes to the shutoff valve. What should I replace? The overflow tube? Thanks in advance.
