[DIY] Re: hot water heater

 

one of two things could be happening.1. the valve could be fault and needs replacing 2.the thermostats are set to high and the water is hotter than the temperature rating on the valve.On the metal tag on the valve should indicate the temperature to which the the valve will open and relieve the pressure built up inside of the tank
