Multiple outages, apparently, simultaneous???
If so, there's a common junction.
Can be in a wall w/no junction box, which is illegal, dumb, unsafe,
and not uncommon in older homes or where BAD handymen were.
Can be in a junction box you haven't found... I.e., In the receptacle
box behind
the stove, stealing 1 leg of 220VAC. Stuff like that.
This isn't a short.
A partial open from a break, a meltdown, or corrosion, works at the
micro-current level of a VOM or DVM but at currents of a light / etc
open all the more from heat.
You can sometimes remove the hot/blk leg by activating the breaker,
or even removing the wire from it.
Be VERY handy & have a buddy and mebe clean dishpan gloves and
safety glasses b4 YOU try this. It's a lil tight in there & assidents
occur.
Three might be 2-3 wires in the breaker, and most breakers are not
made for this & typically code doesn't allow it.
It's harder to figure which is YOUR neutral/wht, usually, but that
can be your issue.
