[DIY] Sink drain through basement floor?

 

Hi all,

I'm planning the rough-in for a basement bathroom. I have the slab busted up, and based on where a foundation lands to support the staircase, I'd like to run the sink drain so it comes straight up out of the floor. Is this permissible? Thanks!
