Not sure if you are in the country, or what....
In the suburbs I see 11 street lights, Need mebe 4,
and can see NADA of the Milky Wat to instruct G'kids
or get a moment's peace before bed time.
LED lights are in my studies & practice, While efficient,
so are fireflies. It takes more, or, acceptance of, less.
With the 1/2m nation's drought, I think this needs to be
understood & accepted.
Solar on your roof is breakeven for 10 yrs, then free
for 20-50. Assumes finance at 6-8%.
