[DIY] Floor tile grout

 

I put floor tiles in a couple of rooms a few months ago with 1/4" joints.. There are a few places where the grout keeps coming out. It would be a real mess to replace all those tiles. Is there some grout that will stay in the joint? I was thinking of something like a combination of grout and caulk that does not chip or flake.
