Thanks for the update,  I do remember now about your accident, but sounds like you have had more than your share of problems.  Pulling plaster will seem like a walk in the park this winter.  We've always had pretty good neighbors, I don't think you have as many problems in the country.  We had such good neighbors here in town that when they sold this year we were really worried.  Our new neighbor is a young, single attorney.  He leaves in the morning, comes home late and we never see him on the weekends. I doubt he'll get out early and shovel our driveway in the winter like the last neighbor did, but so far, we sure can't complain.   



Then come winter, we can get to the interior work, like removing all the old 

plaster and putting up drywall. There's just too much damaged plaster
really to try and save it.

So, now that the other 'dramatics' are done with (hopefully), the house can
move forward.
