I would run #10 with 30amp//for future expansion and the cost is incremental as compared
to pulling out the 12 a year from now and redoing with 10.

I actually ran 75' of #8 3 years ago and all I had to do was replace 30amp breaker with a 50 for my trailer
and then I did a backfeed/crossover/isolator for my generator!! with an autp disconnect from the mains!
(and a relay for water heater!)

I intend to power two or
three light bulbs and some sort of water heater that will

with ground underground cable in a trench 2 feet deep. I
will put the cable in 3/4 inch PVC conduit. I will be hooked
up to a 20amp breaker in the garage.
I would like someone with
electrical experience to tell me if my plan is good or if I
need to make
