Is there any chance this truck sat in water deep enough to flood the front diff sometime before you parked it. Frozen hubs (and maybe the brake problems already mentioned) are the only things I can think of that might cause the problems you describe.
If possible, I would have it towed to a warm garage or wait until it thaws out to try anything further.
