That's my problem too. No place to put anything more. I know the feeling about the tablesaw, I have one that sits center in my garage. Couldn't live without it or the radial arm saw.

Actually, the storage space is more of a "cost" to me than the actual cost. My large table saw takes up lots of space and earns its keep. On the other hand, the lawn mower is a necessary evil that takes up way too much space. I am afraid a pressure washer would be closer to the lawn mower for me. I bought a five hp gas unit several years ago and the only real advantage has been convenience. I can pull it out for those small jobs and yet have it available for the larger tasks. We have a deluge of small spiders that leave their webs all over the sides of houses and it is nice being able to wash down when I feel like it, as well as flushing sidewalks and decks. There is just something innate to my personality that hates to rent or borrow, and so I have wound up owning any number of tools that will probably never pay for themselves.
